Chris joined Cornerstone Realty Group in 2007 after graduating from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Economics. Originally serving as the office manager for the firm, Chris went on to become an Affiliate Broker and received his Managing Broker’s license in 2016. Chris is actively involved in several industry professional associations including the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors and Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga. He has served on the Board of Directors for HBAGC since 2009 and served as its President in 2016. Chris has also served on the Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association of Tennessee and is currently the Vice-Chairman of its political action committee.

Chris has brokered multi-million dollars of volume in a wide array of real estate transactions. He has specialized in representing customers in purchasing homes that meet their needs and lifestyle, especially clients looking for new construction homes. One of the family businesses being Cornerstone Construction Group has also afforded Chris a broad spectrum of experience in the newly constructed homes market. He knows purchasing a home can sometimes be a stressful endeavor and takes satisfaction in making the process less stressful and more enjoyable. Chris also has had the privilege representing clients purchase and manage investment properties. The experience he has gained from managing the company’s portfolio of rental properties has given Chris the knowledge required to effectively assist his clients in finding income properties that maximize the return on their investment.

He loves Chattanooga and places an emphasis on community service. He is a regular volunteer in his church’s outreach initiatives such as its food pantry program that provides food to over 400 Chattanooga residents in need on a monthly basis. Chris also serves on the Board of Directors for the University of Tennessee Alumni Association, Chattanooga Chapter and serves on the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission virtue of an appointment by Hamilton County Mayor Jim Coppinger.
